Helpful tips • Avoid heavy food and alcohol. Combined with swimming it can become a dangerous combination. The light stomach will also relieve you in case of rough seas. • Book well in advance, no later than the day before the trip. The authorities' requirements for passenger names, ages, etc. are extensive, therefore it takes a considerable amount of time to complete a booking. • Money is refunded 100% for any cancellations until late at night 21:30 of the previous day of the trip. • Cancellation up to 07:30 on the day of the trip allows for a refund of 50% of the value paid. • After 07:30 on the day of travel, no refunds will be made. • If you are coming from afar be sure to contact the skippers (+30) 6932526648 / 6938800343 from 07:00 on the day of the trip for the latest weather report and their personal estimates. • The trip is canceled by order of the authorities and winds above 6 on the beaufort scale. • In rare cases, the voyage may be considered unpleasant in the opinion of our captains, but permitted by the port authorities. In such a case, if the passengers are informed, they can receive a refund, or a change of the day of the trip. • It is not possible to cancel after boarding, in the middle of the journey, and not even at intermediate stops. • The skipper can change the excursion program, either by order of the authorities, or for reasons of safety, weather conditions, etc. • Departure announcements are given at every stop so our passengers are fully aware of our timetables. • Pets are not allowed.
