In such a case, if the passengers are informed, they can receive a refund, or a change of the day of the trip. • It is not possible to cancel after boarding, in the middle of the journey, and not even at intermediate stops. • The skipper can change the excursion program, either by order of the authorities, or for reasons of safety, weather conditions, etc.
